He successfully delives coaching programmes to leading public and private sector organisations in Ireland, the UK and US across multiple sectors in contexts that include executive performance, career development, change management and outplacement through post-redundancy role and career transition.
He was appointed a member of Ireland’s National Training Authority Framework Panel of Curriculum and Assessment Writers and Reviewers, and is a qualified Psychometric Assessor (British Psychological Society) and certified DISC psychometric assessment user.
