Elaine has over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources and Training, a proven passion for supporting individuals to realise their potential and experience training clients in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. 

She responds to the challenges faced by staff working in fast paced, demanding environments and teaches participants how to increase their personal effectiveness through her practical, engaging and strengths focused training style.  Elaine has an in-depth knowledge and experience of a wide variety of training - Interviewing, Performance Management, Managing Teams, Motivation, Building Resilience, Communications Skills and Presentation Skills.  

Ibec's collective approach enabled us to develop a bespoke programme that really suited our learners' needs.
