Summary

A practical two-day course equipping managers with the tools to lead, engage, and develop Gen Z graduates and early-career professionals for stronger performance and retention.

Programme Facilitator

Fintan Ryan

Fintan is a highly experienced Life and Business Coach with over 28 years of expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programmes. He has coached individuals and teams from junior to executive level across a wide range of industries, bringing deep insight and relevance to every session.

He is also the Director of the Graduate Diploma in Professional Competence, where he leads the development and delivery of accredited learning for early-career professionals. One of Ireland’s most experienced facilitators of experiential learning, F has supported teams and individuals since 1989. His delivery style is engaging, challenging, and results-focused, ensuring every learning experience translates meaningfully into the workplace.
